1. How to place order and payment.
1.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. or

1.2 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
1.3 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Discover.
1.4 We do not store credit/debit card numbers nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
1.5 All prices quoted on our website are in either GBP, EURO or USD.
1.6 VAT is applied to all UK and EU purchases with exceptions to European VAT registered companies situated outside of the UK. If applicable, during checkout your VAT credentials are validated instantly and the rate set to zero.
1.7 Shipments outside the EU are not subject to VAT. You may be subject to import duties and local taxes, These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.8 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
1.9 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
2. Delivery & Carriage Charges
2.1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days and any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.
(a) We will normally deliver goods within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
2.2 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
2.3 We deliver our products worldwide
2.4 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.
2.5 We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
2.6 For security, we will only ship goods to the address of the registered card holder.
2.7 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
2.8 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
2.9 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and ourselves within a reasonable time.
2.10 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
2.11 You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
2.12 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
3. FIVE Year WARRANTY - Service policy and procedure
3.1 5 year warranty for all our mechanical accessories. The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.
3.2 The warranty is valid only when upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model of the product. Bright tangerine reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
3.3 Our obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement of the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
3.4 Warranty repairs must be carried out by a Bright tangerine Authorised Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorised service centre. We shall not be liable for reimbursements,claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.
3.5 Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be full filled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.
3.6 The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. Bright tangerine reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option.
3.7 Please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the issue. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the concern as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
3.8 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged within 5 working business days and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
3.9 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.
3.10 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
3.11 We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of our products.
3.12 The manufacturing process and materials used in production can influence the surface finish, for this reason each product may vary. This is not a manufacturing fault. This does not affect the performance or guarantee of the product.
3.13 The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance
• with instructions on usage and maintenance. Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with
• accessories that are not approved by bright tangerine for use with this product.
• Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety
• standards prescribed in the product user manual.
• Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation or any cause beyond the control of bright tangerine.
• Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product.
• The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
