Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders with an order value over £299 GBP (USD $399, EURO €369) excluding taxes.

30 Day Free Returns

At Bright Tangerine, we take returns seriously. This returns policy applies to purchases made directly through brighttangerine.com or our head office.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. We will even cover the cost of return freight.

We want all our customers to have the best experience with us, so we kindly ask that a few conditions be met in order for product returns to be accepted:

  • Full-priced items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a refund.
  • Sale items (including clearance & ex-demo) may be returned for an exchange or store credit only and are not eligible to be returned unless faulty.
  • When returning a kit, all items must be returned together, and individual components cannot be separated for partial refunds.
  • If a product is returned with signs of use, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case of kit returns, only the component that has been used will be subject to a reduced refund and the remaining parts will be fully refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

Bright Tangerine only accepts returns for purchases made from the brighttangerine.com website. If you have purchased through an Authorised Dealer, you will need to process the return directly through them.

Restocking Fee

Any product that is returned and determined to show signs of use, including but not limited to scratches, marks or other damage, will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. This applies even if the original packaging is still intact. In the case of kit returns, only the component that has been used will be subject to a reduced refund and the remaining parts will be fully refunded.

Bright Tangerine retains the right to decide whether a product is in new condition and suitable for sale.

How to make a free return

To make a free return, please fill out the linked refund request form.

After completion and review, you will be issued with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This RMA number must be included with the return in order for a full refund to be approved. We also ask that you fill in both the completed date and invoice date on the return form so we can more efficiently process your return.

Bright Tangerine will arrange for collection and pay for return shipping costs.

Processing Times

Upon receipt of the returned items, we request a processing and review period of 2-4 days to ensure everything is in order. We will then issue a credit note that includes your RMA number on the sales reference.

Please note that refunds are processed through Stripe and can take a few days to process.

Returning faulty goods

Bright Tangerine is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing, faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
