When placing an order or registering on brighttangerine.com, you agree to allow us to add your contact details to our database. From time to time, we may contact you about new products or special offers. Usernames and Passwords
If Bright Tangerine authorises you to register for online shopping, you must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with anyone else. You cannot permit anyone else to use that username or password either for their own use or on your behalf.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Bright Tangerine reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may also supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable payment method as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one to two business days of the order being placed. Shipping time frames are outlined on our Shipping Information page. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.
The delivery times provided by brighttangerine.com are estimates only. Brighttangerine.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Brighttangerine.com cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Address Confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
Non Receipt Of Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance, you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. see Terms and Conditions of Sale
At Bright Tangerine, we take returns seriously. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for more information.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of our website, but sometimes errors occur for which we apologize. Reproduction of colors is as accurate as photographic processes allow, but product colors in-store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor and may vary from monitor to monitor. Although listed on the website, some items, sizes, colors, and styles might not be immediately available or temporarily or permanently out of stock.
